Because of your persistence and creative problem solving, your energetic, assertive and encouoraging professionalism, my home was sold and my credit rating saved. I had given up hope of ever selling my home in the slow market created by the events of September 11 and was enteering the forclosure process. Additionally, I had wiped my hands of trying to communicate with a difficult and disorganized lender. You didn't!

You were willing to repeatedly deal with my unresponsive lender in order to make a "short sale" possible, and you did it without my prompting and encouragement. As if that wasn't enough, after a buyer was located and because I no longer lived in the state, you personally arranged for several repairs that needed to be completed as listed by the buyer's inspector.

Professionally you were the best. You dedicated the whole week to us. We had an accepted offer on the home we were looking for on the day before we were to fly back to Portland. The purchase price was in the range we had hoped for and the house value has increased approximately $35K in the past 5 months. You looked out for our best interests even after the closing of the home, and even pressed the seller's agent when a verbal promise prior to closing was slipping away after closing. You topped it off by follow-up phone calls and conversations which truly made us realize that you were much more than Realtors, but more like friends who helpd us find a home we love. We truly enjoyed every aspect of the journey.

Prior to listing with you, we had spent 6 months on the market with another company, during which time we received very few showings. You came in, and with your impressive track record here in Arboleda, helped us fine tune the asking price. Once you listed the house the showing activity was exceptional, in a market that was very slow. Just shy of 6 weeks on the market we received an acceptable contract.
